This assignment is about to improve the mechanical properties of polyaniline.Polyaniline doped by function acid and polyaniline/polyamide-66 conductive compositeblends with well mechanical property are prepared by solution method. The influence ofreaction conditions to the conductivity and mechanical property of polyaniline arestudied.In the first section, high conductivity polyaniline (PANI) doped by high molecularacid are synthesized by solusion method. Compared with low molecular acid, theheatresisting property of PANI doped by high molecular acid improved evidently. Theeffects of different kinds of doping acids, different concentrations of doping acid andoxidant, reaction temperatures on the conductivity of PANI are respectively studied. Theconductivity of PANI powder doped by SSA and TSA pressed in high temperature canbe improved from 5.36 S/cm and 2.19 S/cm to 14.3 S/cm and 4.0 S/cm. At last,PANI/LDPE composite Blends are prepared by mechanical blending method. FIIR andXRD were used to characterize the structure of polyaniline.In the second section, polyaniline/polyamide-66 conductive composite blends dopedby formic acid are prepared. Based on one step blending method, a two step blendingmethod is founded to make high quality composite blends. The conductivity ofpolyaniline/polyamide-66 composite blends can be up to 2.5S/cm with well mechanicalproperty. The influence of various reaction conditions and blending method toconductivity and machining property of materials are discussed. TEM,IR and XRD areused to investigate the structure and morphology of blends.
