This paper studied the toxicity effect of Cu, Cd, TPT and PCP on Radixswinhoei(H.Adams). Including 24h-LC50, the toxicity of BCF and Cu, Cd, TPT andPCP on spawn and fresh snails. The results of experiment can be summarized asfollows:The 24h-LC50 of Cu,Cd,TPT and PCP to adult snail and fresh snail were 0.29mg/Land 0.13mg/L; 6.9mg/L and 0.56mg/L; 0.25mg/L and 19.53μg /L; 0.29mg/L and17.81μg/L, respectively. The results showed that the sensitivity of adult snail to Cu,Cd, TPT and PCP was PCP>TPT>Cu>Cd. The sensitivity of fresh snail to Cu, Cd,TPT and PCP was TPT>PCP>Cd, Cu as the same as PCP.The 7d-BCF of Radix swinhoei(H.Adams) to Cu of 0.04, 0.08mg/L are 781 and656, respectively. The 7d-BCF of pleopod, shell and viscera to Cd of 0.4, 0.8, 1.0,1.4mg/L are 333, 69, 47, 24; 427, 87, 63, 24; 597, 146, 94, 46, respectively. The7d-BCF of Radix swinhoei(H.Adams) to TPT of 10, 15, 20μg/L are 2648, 1788 and1377, respectively. The 7d-BCF of Radix swinhoei(H.Adams) to PCP of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3,0.4mg/L are 85, 32, 10 and 6, respectively.Cu of 0.01, 0.02 mg/L, Cd of 0.01, 0.02 mg/L, TPT of 1, 2μg/L and PCP of 1, 2μg/L had stimulative effect on spawn of hatching. When the concentration exceed acertain degreen, it had restrain effect. Low concentration of Cu, Cd, TPT and PCP hadlittle influence on heartbeat rate of fresh snail. But after 24 h, higher concentration wasgreater influence on heartbeat rate.
