| The Pyrolysis and copyrolysis of Xilinguole lignite, Shenmu bitumite and Shenyangwaste rubber powder were studied with a fixed-bed experiment equipment and the rapidpyrolysis with solid heat carrier. The main purpose is that the synergetic effect is researchedbetween the two above coals and waste rubber powder during their copyrolysis process. Andthe result showed that the synergetic effect is existed.Thermo-gravimetric and pyrolysis kinetics was analyzed first. Throughthermo-gravimetric experiment, the pyrolysis range is the same (400℃~500℃), thepyrolysis process is almost synchronous. So the synergetic effect may be existed betweenXilinguole lignite and waste rubber powder. The same phenomenon is found betweenShenmu bitumite and waste rubber powder. Through contrastive analysis of pyrolysiskinetics; the reaction order and activation energy of Xilinguole lignite and waste rubberpowder is closer, they are similar in the pyrolysis kinetics.Pyrolysis and copyrolysis experiment is carried out with Xilinguole lignite, Shenmubitumite and waste rubber powder in a set of fixed-bed pyrolysis equipment.Temperature, time, flow velocity of carrier gas and mixed proportion are studied in theexperiments with nitrogen as carrier gas. The result of pyrolysis is demonstrated thatwhen the flux of carrier gas is 0.3slm for 20 min, the temperature for the highest oilyield of Xilinguole lignite, Shenmu bitumite and waste rubber powder is 540℃, 550℃,490℃. The result of copyrolysis showed that the oil yield is 23.10% between 30% wasterubber powder and Xilinguole lignite at 490℃, and the 20.06% oil yield was got between20% waste rubber powder and Shenmu bitumite at 490℃. The oil yield is higher than thetheoretic calculation, oil production increase obviously and the synergetic effect is existedduring the co-pyrolysis.Based on the fixed-bed pyrolysis equipment, temperature and mixed proportion arestudied on the DG progress. And the synergetic effect existence is further demonstratedduring the copyrolysis process through the calculation of coal tar yield and theanalysis of coal tar quality. And the laws of coal tar yield, pyrolysis gases yield,semi-cokes, coke powders yield with the temperature changed were got.One set of composition analysis method is introduced for pyrolysis tar, in whichtar samples are separated into Aspheltenes, Phenols, Aliphatics, Aromatics, and Polarfractions of different polarity. Then FTIR is used for the characterization of Aspheltenes and GC-MS is used for the other fractions. It is found that the quality oftar from copyrolysis is improved and the light compositions in the tar increase.Therefore, the improvement of the tar confirmed the synergies effect in thecopyrolysis to a deeper degree. |
