Following the flourishing development of the automobile industry and speedway, the high quality tyre material to meet high speed tyre should be exploited rapidly.The integral rubber SIBR is a new type of synthesis rubber that is mostly used in tyre tread. It has the characteristics of low rolling resistant and high wet skid resistance.Therefore,SIBR integrates virtues of all kinds of rubbers and it can make up for their shortcomings.In this paper, a series of SIBR samples were synthesized using cyclohexane as solvent and SnCl4 as coupling agent in the follow three composite initiated systems respectively: THF/t-BuOK/n-BuLi, THF/t-AmOK/n-BuLi, TMEDA/t-BuOK/n-BuLi.Moreover,the kinetics, molecular weight and its distribution,structure and property were studied systemicly. The infection of the reaction rate of the virous monomers was reviewed respectively by the different THF dosage, TMEDA dosage, t-BuOK dosage, t-AmOK dosage and different temperature. The monomer's apparent reaction rate constant was obtained.And the polymer composition at different conversion was reviewed, too.The effect of modifier and temperature on heat effect was also studied. In addition, the sequence structure and microstructure of the terpolymer was reviewed at different modifier dosage, and the structure was characterized by the 1H—NMR. The molecular weight and the property of the vulcanized rubber was characterized respectively by GPC,DSC,DMA etal.They all showed well physical mechanical properties and dynamic properties.And the integral rubber SIBR which has excellently integrated property and random distribution was obtained at THF/Li=15 and t-BuOK/Li= 0.08, THF/Li=15 and t-AmOK/Li=0.1, TMEDA/Li=0.5 and t-BuOK/Li=0.08 respectively.On the other hand a series of SIBR samples was synthesized with Sn—Li as functionalized initiator, THF as modifier and SnCl4 as coupling agent.The effect on the structure and property of the terpolymers by the different THF dosage was studied. The influence on the property,especially on the dynamic property was reviewed by the different SnCl4 dosage.As a result,the functionalized SIBR has a better integrated property, especially dynamic properties.
