With the development of the railway transportation, the capability of the act-enable parts in the high-speed railway is desired to higher standard. At the same time, the life-span of the equipment is also expected to be longer than before. The effect of the act-enable parts is to increase the intensity between sinter and steel plate, in order to ensure that the act-enable parts in the high-speed railway could work high efficiently. So the problem of how to produce brake jacket is an issue to be solved immediately.For the sake of solving the forming problem of the brake jacket, according to the general principle of stamping technique project design and practical production, four kinds of stamping technique schemes is been given, and every scheme's advantages and disadvantages are listed detailedly.In recent decades, Finite Element Method is widely applied in plastic working .That is to say, not only in practical production, but also in research aspect, elasto-plastic finite element method numerical simulation has been critical for studying the process of metal plastic forming. Compared with traditional design method, numerical simulation is used to know of the flow case during metallic forming processes, predict the position of the flaws, and then optimize technique scheme and parameters by way of meeting product quality and reduction of service life of products. DYNAFORM can predict the formability of sheet metal products in terms of cracking, wrinkling, thinning, skidmarks and springback effects. Thus, this paper adopts DYNAFORM software which is developed to simulate technique and die design of complex sheet metal parts, to simulate the determined scheme.DYNAFORM software is applied to carry out a mass of simulation studies in this paper, aimed at the problem of the holes in brake jacket during deep drawing. Based on the deep drawing parameters calculated manually, the factors which mostly affect the product quality of deep drawing, i.e. binder force, roundness radii, the shape and the amount of holes, are simulated iteratively. Through analyzing the simulating results of parameters and simulating father, optimized the technique parameters. At the same time, some experiments have been carried out to compare with the results of simulation.The study method and the results of this paper probably have special reference to the technique research of similar parts.
