Thermoelectric materials is one kind of environment-friendly newfunctional materials in the 21 st century, it is used for the conversion betweenthermal energy and electric energy. It has many advantages, such as smallsize, light weight, no noise, no pollution etc. Materials researchers have madeextensive research on thermoelectric materials.In the dissertation, the critic acid complex method was used tosynthesize the pure NaCo2O4 and the NaCo2O4 with doping different ions(Mn2+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+). XRD, SEM and thermoelectric property test usedto research the structure, surface and cross section microscopic appearanceand thermoelectric properties of NaCo2O4. Doping different ions whicheffect on the structure of NaCo2O4 was also studied. The experimentalresults show that the critic acid complex method is better thanothers. Doping each kind of different metallic ion according to thedifferentallocated proportion (Mn2+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+), optimized the samplecurrent carrier density, enable the tricity performance to have the varyingdegree change.
