Gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed has been apllied extensively,because it have the below advatages:large contact area in the phase,well distributed regular in the phase and controlling the temperature easily .we will adopt the gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed to extract the artemisia seed gum(ASG) from the artemisia seed(AS).As a plant in drought resistance,sand and fixation, artemisia extensively exists the west of Inner.There is a kind of gum that has good water absorption in the surface of Mongolia, Ningxia, GanSu.Artemisia seed,the color is white or canary,no smell and can be swelled quickly to an ivory-white translucence liquid.Artemisia seed gum applied to food,machine,chemical industry and sand defense windly.It is a natural thickening agent and addition in food industry.The process condition of extracting artemisia seed gum(ASG) has confirmed by exploring experiment.At the complete fluidization,the time series of particle colliding force is measured by pressure strain gauge and CM-1J-32 digital statical strain indicator at different operation conditions.To understand the variation of particle colliding force vs operation conditions in gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed,the statistic method is used.The variation of particle colliding force vs operation gas velocity, axial and radial positions is mainly discussed. The result show that the singles of particle colliding force is probably chaotic.The chaos characteristic parameters, such as lyapunov exponent and kolmogorov entropy, which are drawn out from the time series of particle colliding force quantitatively describe the complexity of the gas-solid fluidized bed kinetic system.The variation of chaos characteristic parameters vs operation gas velocity,axial and radial positions is mainly analyzed.The result from above analysis reveal that the gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed have the plus of relevant dimention,lyapunov exponent and kolmogorov entropy,so the gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed is chaos.Base of the distribution of chaotic parament in gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed,the bottom and the central of gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed is very comlexed.So we should monitor the bottom and he central of the fluidized bed. It provided the basis of degumming and it has important value and instruct meaning.
