The paper summarizes the meaning,exiting conditions,exiting problems,trends of the research,exploitation and application on domestic and international sulfur dioxide control technology at present.The paper introduces the mechanism of gas and liquid mass transfer through using double-film theory, analyzes and researches the chemism on limestone slurry absorbs SO2 according to the structure of the bubbling tank.After analyzed and researched the characteristics of the traditional wet scrubbers, we designed and built a transparent jet bubbling tank system for wet flue gas desulphurization. In the system, the flue gas is imitated, and many parameters such as the inside diameter of the sparger pipe,the outlet structure of the sparger pipe,immerged depth,wind speed, can be changed.Using air-water system as experimental circumstance to observe and research the states of gas and liquid swapping at different work conditions of jet bubbling tank; using air-water or limestone slurry as experimental circumstance to research the resistance characteristics at different work conditions of jet bubbling tank; using limestone slurry as SO2 absorbent to research the desulphurization characteristics of the jet bubbling tank.After analyzed and disposed a large number of photos and experimental data, specifically describes the states of gas and liquid swapping at different work conditions of jet bubbling tank; the relationships between resistance and the inside diameters of the sparger pipes,the relationships between resistance and the outlet structures of the sparger pipes,the relationships between resistance and immerged depths,the relationships between resistance and wind speeds,the relationships between resistance and slurry consistency, are listed at the paper. The desulphurization results at different conditions of the jet bubbling tank are also listed at the paper, at the same time, analyzes the influence factors on SO2 removal efficiency, such as the inside diameters of the sparger pipes,immerged depths,wind speeds,pH values and so on.The research findings of this paper would be provided theoretical guided meaning for the development and application of jet bubbling tank desulphurization technology.
