Development And Application Of XJFB Anti-wearing Pump In Heavy Oil

On the basis of analyzing and researching domestic and oversea suckingpump and its application condition, for the problem of preventing tubing rodwearingandtheproblem ofhighpumpefficiencyinheavyoil wells andhighGOR wells and large slant wells, XJFB wearing control pump in heavyoil isdeveloped. XJFB pump has the structure of mechanical valves and doubleplunger, the pump make the rod pulling and not bending. The technicalcharacteristics of XJFB pump is wearing control, applying the condition ofheavy oil wells and high GOR and large slant wells, high pump efficiency,good maneuverability. The calculation and analyzing of the pump iscompleted about the rod weight, production rate and the applying condition.The results shows that it has low pendulous point load and easy draining onworkover comparing to other wearing control pump, it has large pump depthand big rate comparing to the screw pump, it has high efficiency and simplestringcomparingtoothergascontrolpump.There are 45 wells using XJFB wearing control pump, the life span isone year longer, the pump efficiency is 70% more. The application resultsshows that the XJFB pump is success in solving rod tubing wearing and lowinvest high production in heavy oil wells, high GOR wells and large slantwells.
