During oil-field development process, oil well plugging influence oil well output seriously. At present, there are many methods removing the oil well plugging. Because the equipment of pressure pulse are few and the technology is simple, it will has a very high application prospect in the future. However, there are very few persons who studies pressure pulse microscopic mechanism at present. This article mainly studies microscopic mechanism of pressure pulse acting on the wellbore and formation. When fluid flows through cylinder, the fluid can form turbulence. It can induce fluid vibration when turbulence falls off. The pressure pulse acts on the formation, and it can produce fluid vibration. We establish the model of formation vibration and carry on the result. The relation of the flow velocity in layer and the gas measuring permeability is established. The pressure pulse can come into being water hammer when the valve opens and shuts suddenly. We establish water hammer model of dissemination in the casing and give the analytic result of the model. Based on the microscopic mechanism and field test data of pressure pulse, we analyze the test data. At last, we calculate the changing of permeability and radius of plug removal.
