| Biodiesel is a kind of renewable biomass energy, which is harmless to the environment. The application of biodiesel can reduce the dependence on fossil energy, and can largely reduce the pollution to the atmospheric environment.In this research,biodiesel was obtained through transesterification of soybean oil and chicken oil,using KOH as a catalyst. The 95.4% and 97.1% transesterification rate have been obtained under the optimal conditions. The production technology of biodiesel from high acid value waste oil with esterification and transesterification was studied. The result showed that under the optimum condition, version efficiency of biodiesel from waste oil with high acid value was 94.5%.The transesterification reaction between methanol at supercritical condition and chicken oil was studied. The 94.8% transesterification rate have been obtained under the optimal conditions.The biodiesels being made by us are correspond to 0# diesel in capability index.The recovery and refining technology of glycerol from the by-product of transesterifrcation of rapeseed oil with methanol was researched. It was found that the best operation condition for the recovery and refining technology of glycerol was that the bottom layer of transesterifrcation production was diluted with methanol, then was neutralized to pH=5.0 by adding HCl. The total yield of glycerol was up to 86.4% under these separation conditions.It was obtained,through computing by the means of density,that the glycerol purity in the end-product was 97.72%.Compared IR spectrum of self-made glycerol with standard glycerol, it was found that both of them were almost the same.The domestic and overseas developments of economic feasibility evaluation of biodiesel production are reviewed.Primary factors influencing on the cost of biodiesel production,such as raw materials cost,process selection,glycerin price and production scale,are discussed.According to above economic analysis and the situation of China,some reasonable advices on developing biodiesel industry of China are given.The production costs of biodiesels that were produced by three different raw materials were calculated. |
