With the wildly use of casing in Petroleum Industry, how to improving the life and anti-galling ability of oil tube is more and more paid attention to . This paper started with the dynamical model of thread connections in the process of oil tube screwing clamp, analyze the parameters impacting the stress of thread connections, through the infinite element method, stimulate the screwing clamp of casing in same conditions which have different parameters such as taper,pitch,thread form angle, get the impacting rule of parameters on stress, supply foundations for parameter optimization and improving stress distribution .Analyze the impaction of hydraulic tong use in screwing clamp, calculate the stress of connections when hydraulic tong is in correct operation,error operation and the hydraulic tong is modified .The results show that the jamming position have much impact on the thread stress, the strict operation is very important, compared to former, three jamming positions of hydraulic tong deeply declined the stress and contact pressure of casing thread, in part, lift the anti-galling ability of casing .Thus, the modification of hydraulic tong is reasonable.
