In this dissertation a detail study on different pattern conversion, oil-water parameters and flow parameters change of oil-air-water flow was made by numerical simulations and experiments, and simulation software of oil-air-water was compiled.A predicting model of pattern-conversion of different patterns was built by thorough analysis and theory investigation on oil-air-water three phase flow pattern conversion mechanism. Compared with experimental result, good result was gotten by the model. Leading factors which affected oil-air-water three phase pattern conversion were studied by the methods of simulation and experiment, and the affecting rules of oil content in liquid phase, pipeline diameter, reduced air velocity, reduced liquid velocity to different pattern conversion were gotten.A predigesting steady model of air-liquid two phase flow was built by improving on the traditional integrated hydraulic model. In the predigesting model equations, which was solved by the two methods - Adams fourth-order perdictor-corrector method and Rung-Kutta method, the relations among the pressure, air velocity, liquid velocity and void fraction were considered. A simultaneous hydraulic model of air-liquid two phase flow was built based on the two-fluid model and conservation law of fluid mechanics, and characteristic analysis was put on the model equations. In consideration of math characteristics of the equations, the model was dispersed in the method of upwind implicit difference first, and then solved with Gaussian elimination.Calculating programme was compiled to do simulating research of the parameter variation in steady or simulation behavior. Comparison of the simulation result and the experiment result demonstrated that the two-phase models built would predict the parameter variation rules of oil-air-water three phase flow well. Characteristics of oil-air-water three phase flow were studied by the methods of simulation and experiment.And the affecting rules of parameters as oil content, reduced air velocity and reduced liquid velocity to friction differential pressure and void fraction were obtained.The actual pipeline was simulated with oil-air-water three phase simulation software, simulation results were compared with the results with PIPEPHASE software.
