Along with the technological progress in oil and gas field exploration and development, the amount of deep&ultra deep wells will continuously increase. It is very difficult to make well cementing.By means of in-house laboratory investigation, polymer latex, fibre, elastic grain and related treatment pharmaceutical have been optimized. Then, the polymer flexible cement slurry system has been given based on laboratory testing and its normal properties including density, initial thickness, thickening time and filtration. At the same time, related properties of cement stone, such as compressive strength, tensile strength, non-corrodibility and volume shrinkage, have been tested. The result of study indicated, the slurry had properties of resisting high temperature, salt endurance, low fluid loss, zero free liquid, the thickening curve emerged right angle with short transition period and excellent rheological behavior. The compression strength of the cement was high, plasticity was strengthened, permeability was low, it was good to able to bear corrosivity. Having made the good application result in Oil Field, it was excellent in quality to cement the well.
