| The Shengli refinery wanted to feed the overhead product of the atmospheric column to the catalytic reformer. But its chloric content was too high. Passing through the pre-hydrogenation reactor, the chloride was converted to hydrogen chloride which would erode the conduits and equipment. The general method of dechlorizing only reacted with the inorganic chloride. The organic chloride need to go to certain reactors to convert to abiochlorine and then be got rid of. The adsorption method was introduced. Firstly a better one,active AM was chosen. Then further research was carried on to study the selected adsorbent, including the optimizing of operation conditions, the rectifing and discussing the kinetics of the adsorption reaction .The result indicated that: The dechloride effect of adsorbent AM was better under the condition: 150℃'s activation temperature, 4 hours'activation time, 40℃'s adsorption temperature and 20 minutes'adsorption time. When three percent of ferric oxide was loaded to the adsorbent, the effect was even better. The content could reach 7μg/g. The kinetics of the reaction accorded with the adsorption theory of single molecular layer discovered by Langmuir, and the value of activation energy was -34kJ/mol. |
