Pyrethroids insecticides is the largest yield in the third generation outputs in agrochemical. Pyrethroids insecticides have been used widly. The characteristics of Pyrethroids insecticides are the wider destroy , the smaller dosage , decline like the living creature, the lower poisonous etc. One part of it is used to the insecticides extensively in the marine products and farming disinfectant, raised the yields of the marine products consumedly, promoted a development a of farming economy. But along with the extensive application in the marine products farming, the widespread of the not-norm and blindly medicine are conducing low efficiency of Pyrethroids insecticides. Greatly part of that get into inside like farming water body, deposition thing and marine products article body through various paths. Because it is cancer-causing, the abnormal latent toxicity and mutation, result in very big breakage to water ecosystem , fishery resources, living creature diversity. Therefore hold this agrochemical degradation regulation is important.The thesis uses Deltamethrin agrochemical which are applied extensivly in the marine products farming as a research object, building up an examined method of Deltamethrin agrochemical in breeded water body and deposition thing of Rushan Bay. Imitated the behaviors of photo-degradation, chemistry-degradation and microorganism-degradation in the water body of Rushan Bay and the the behaviors of chemistry-degradation and microorganism-degradation of the deposition thing of Rushan Bay in the laboratory. Educed the mostly degradation form of Deltamethrin in breeded water body and deposition thing of Rushan Bay, also researched the influences of temperature and salinity. Main conclusions are as follows: 1.A pre-dispose condition of Deltamethrin in breeded water body of Rushan Bay is that: The best to withdraw as Petroleum. Flap to concuss to extract to withdraw for the 3~5 minutes, recovery rate reaches to 84.2~105.7%, lowest check concentration can reach to 0.02μg/L, the opposite and standard deviation is in 4.35~6.56%; a pre-dispose condition of Deltamethrin in deposition thing of Rushan Bay is that: The best withdraw as the petroleum /acetone(3:1), The best withdraw way is the eddied mixture, withdraw time for the 2 minutes, lowest concentration can reach to 0.05μg/L, recovery rate can resch to 83.3~96.1%, the opposite and standard deviation is in 4.5~7.1%.2.The research results of dynamics shows: not only the behaviors of photo-degradation, chemistry-degradation and microorganism-degradation in the water body of Rushan Bay but also the behaviors of chemistry-degradation and microorganism-degradation of the deposition thing of Rushan Bay all match one class dynamics equation, namely Ct=C0e-kt, According to the principle of one class dynamics, imitated dynamics curves and compute the degradation velocity constant(k) in various decline forms.3.Within the experimentation condition, the degradation velocity constant(k)of photo-degradation, chemistry-degradation and microorganism-degradation in the water body of Rushan Bay are related to temperature by equations (k=aTb), the degradation velocity constant(k) of photo-degradation in the water body of Rushan Bay is related to salinity by equations (k=aSb), the degradation velocity constant(k) of chemistry -degradation in the water body Rushan Bay is related to salinity by equations (k=e-bs), the degradation velocity constant(k) of microorganism-degradation in the water body Rushan Bay is not under the influence of salinity. The interaction of temperature, salinity and degradation velocity constant(k) of photo-degradation can be described by the model k=0.26㏑ S+0.23㏑ T-1.23 . The interaction of temperature, salinity and degradation velocity constant(k) of chemistry -degradation can be described by the model k=-0.004㏑ S+0.041㏑ T+0.005. The degradation velocity constant(k) of chemistry-degradation and microorganism-degradation of the deposition thing of Rushan Bay go with the temperature.4.Within the experimentation condition, Proportion of photo-degradation in total degradation of breeded water body are more than 50%, tallest can reach to 75.5%, Proportion of photo-degradation is from 12.8 to 31.6%, while Proportion of chemistry -degradation is only from11.3% to 24.2%, so the main pass of degradation is photo-degradation certainly, microorganism-degradation is the weakest. In the deposition thing of Rushan Bay, Proportion of microorganism-degradation in total degradation is from 50% to 75%, microorganism-degradation have predominance function, while chemistry -degradation have assistance function.
