Study On Once Fast Firing Of Glazed Tile With Formula Design And Property Of Body And Glaze

Ceramics glazed tile is important constitute part of architectural pottery, which possess solidity wear, fireproof, waterproof performance and decorate quality. Its traditional manufacture way was adopt twice firing technics. First, biscuit firing had been carried through in 1200～1280℃, then glost firing had been carried through in 1150～1200℃.From 1960's, manufacture way of once fast firing appeared in overseas, and bigger breakthrough and evolve had been acquired unti1970's. Compared with traditional manufacture technics, the manufacture way not only saving energy resource and keeping technics stabilization but also accepting its ideal decorate technics and decorate design.So it become one of the most ideal architectural material.once fast firing of once fast firing in our country is developing moment, a lot of quality problem continue to be, central problem:(1) dry body strength low, semi-manufacture goods that glazing and stamping disrepaired badly; (2) glazed face defects such as craze, bubble is so bad that quality instability;(3)manufacture gloss is not better;(4)tendency of manufacture distortion is becoming more and more badly. The research systematically analyses the characteristics of the prescription for firing glaze from unfired brick, which fills prescription according to experience and pays experimental design, experiment methods of comparing with testing, dynamic observation etc, adopts modern analysis means -----Scan Electric Mirror. And also the research confirms the chemical composition range and the best prescription for firing glaze from unfired brick, through choosing raw materials rationally in Tangshan, such as diopside, wollastonite, porcelain stone that can be cooked soon with a suitable low temperature, adjusting the quantitative relation among silicon dioxide, aluminum trioxide, sodium oxide, and potassium oxide in the prescription. The cooking process adopts"intensify ladder", combining slowly firing with fast firing in order to discharge the gas completely to avoid the hole of the needle, guarantee the abundant melting of frit to form the glaze with steady quality. By the survey of TGA, DTA and ECA for the glaze and body, and the analysis of its expansion coefficient, glaze melting temperature, we can find out base body light burning , low changing, steady shrinking rate, which meet with the craft request for glazing brick-----matchness of glaze and body expansion coefficient, goodness of glaze body's adaptability. SEM results show us that the quality of the glaze is steady, the air vent is few and the glossing is high.Study on once fast firing of glazed tile with formula design and property of glaze-body have definite direction for solving central quality problem that exist in once fast firing technics will be helpful to spread once fast firing of glazed tile in ceramics industry of our country.
