In the last years, the request of sartorius'performance is greater and greater along with the development of costume processing trade, and the disadvantages of traditional sartorius driven by clutch electromotor becomes more obvious. At the same time, the control system of brushless DC machine(BLDCM) applied in sartorius with advantages such as high control precision, low energy consuming, convenient maintenance and so on gets more and more attention. But, at the present, most of the sartorius controllers using in our country are imported from overseas. With a view to enhancing the ability to compete of domestic sartorius trade and the great marketable potential, processing the research of control system of BLDCM applied in sartorius has a important academic and practical sense. The main content of this thesis is as follows:â‘ The working principles of BLDCM are introduced, the model and mechanical characteristic of BLDCM are analyzed. Considering the characteristic of BLDCM and the requests of project, a system control strategy is designed. And the control system is simulated by using Matlab6.5/Simulink.â‘¡Based on the conclusions of academic analysis, the hardware frame of control system is studied. The control system is designed based on ATmega48V and MC33035 and many related circuit units are introduced in detail.â‘¢The software structure is discussed, then the control program flowchart is given, and some key points are explained.The results of experiment show that the BLDCM control system mentioned by this thesis has a dependable performance and is easy for operating, and fits the request of project basically. This research provides a good developing and testing platform for the future's work.
