This article in view of the environment was polluted by the tungsten-tailing, witch was massively stored up in JiangXi province. We will recycle the tungsten-tailing to make the geopolymers by calcined kaolinite and the tungsten-tailing, and we also realize the purpose of good developing of the mine.Through kaolinite DTA - TG analysis, has obtained the kaolinite activation of calcining extent temperature is 583℃-980℃, design the experimental table of activation kaolinite and burn it, through geopolymers'intensity contradistinction, get burnt the kleit the optimum condition is: The calcining temperature is 850℃, burns time 3h. SEM analysis indicated the metakaolinite still maintained the partial kaolinite level laminated shape structure characteristic, but the alumina octahedron structure has had the disorder, has caused the metakaolinite long distance disorderly characteristic, thus metakaolinite have a higher activeness. XRD, IR demonstration kaolinite after burns, inside and outside its structure the hydroxyl massively removes, the crystal structure receives the destruction, reflected the kaolinite crystallization structure characteristic the peak intensity rapidly reduces or vanishes, presents the indefinite crystalless condition structure characteristic, namely has the long distance disorderly characteristic, presents thermodynamics metastable state, has the gelgelation gelling under the suitable stimulation.The selection influence geopolymers primary factor, the design orthogonal experiment table, the preparation geopolymers carries on the intensity contrast, has obtained the preparation geopolymers best experimental condition is: The metakaolinite occupies the solids content is 25%, the sodiumsilicate occupies the liquid phase content 65%, m (solid) /m (liquid)= 4.5, the curing temperature is 100℃. Through the SEM, XRD and the IR analysis, the change which occurred to in the polymerization material microscopic structure and its the preparation process carries on the brief analysis, the geopolymers has produced the laminated product which the level folded, because the level folded laminated product criss-crossed network, between the level and the level the mutual linking enable it to have a better intensity; Its solidification process has had the aluminosilicate polyre action, in the product structure with the zeolite similar, becomes the noncrystal to semicrystal, forms the organism possibly has with the opal similar microscopic structure; Has carried on the brief analysis to its phase transition process and to affects the geopolymers various factors to carry on the analysis.At last, the data of experiment result of geopolyers was contrasted with GB175-1999《portland cement and ordinary portland cement》. The result gets to the GB standard and the geopolymers can get the need construction.
