Because the medical waste incinerated flue-gas contains the characteristics of high temperature, complex ingredient and so on. The process of the flue-gas of medical waste incineration is an important link dealt in medical waste incineration. In dealing with medical waste incinerated flue-gas ,currently, American environmental protection bureau mainly uses the semi-dry processing。The spray-drying process which is regarded as the typical of semi-dry process is widely used in the medical waste incinerated flue-gas。But in domestic, the research on using the spray-drying technology in the flue-gas treatment is just at the beginning。Now , the most difficulty on medical waste incinerated flue-gas process is how to make it available in technology and economical in economy on the basis of satisfying the country's Discharge Standard。This article, combining with the operation situation of Ganzhou medical waste treatment center, mainly research on the mechanism of spray -drying dealing with the flue-gas, establish the mathematical model of spray -drying combining other semi-drying process, and has carried on the optimization to the spray-drying technology operation parameter。Our obtained research results is as follows:(1) According to the relationship between the flue-gas inlet temperature and the exception effect of acid gas ,we confirm that the removal rate of acid gas can be to the uppermost when the inlet temperature of the spray-drying tower is up to 190℃on the basis of satisfying the State's certain Stipulation.(2) The alkalinity absorption fluid pH value is also considered as an important factor affected on the flue-gas removal rate. This article goes to a best PH value of the alkalinity absorption through spray-drying method according to monitor the relationship between PH and the removal rate of acid gas, that is 9.7.(3) The spray nozzle as an important unit of the spray-drying tower controls bubble particle size. The result of the study indicates that the best bubble particle size exists when the bubble particle size is 90- 120μm .(4) Has established the spray drying mass transfer model taking NaOH as the alkalinity absorption , and after comparison the theoretical calculation data with the scene actual monitor ,we has found that the theoretical calculation data tallies highly with the scene data. Therefore, there is some practical instruction significance on the actual spray-drying operation through the relevant data obtained by the optimization of mathematics model.
