Our country is the most potential market of the organosilicon compounds, and the organosilicon was listed that the nation encourages one of the development industries. Sulfur-containing organosilanes are the essential additives in excellent natural rubber and synthetic rubber products. Because of the high speed of the "green tire" market, the car with "green tire" increase by 20% speed annually, so the demand of sulfur-containing organosilanes is increasing all over the world now. Meanwhile, the qualities and properties of sulfur-containing silanes have very important effect on the properties of tires , such as abrasion resistance,skid resistance ,etc.In the thesis, some methods to synthesize the silanes have been concluded. Because of some shortcomings in the traditional routes, some novel methods are applied to get the silanes in the paper. Two kinds of sulfur chain silanes Si69 and Si75 are synthesized with phase transfer catalyst . Mercaptosilane A-189 and Si69 blocked-silane NXT are afforded by cutting the polysulfur chain in Si69 .The method can make the appliance of Si69 more widely and decrease the cost of new silanes. For protecting environment, Si69 silane is improved by diol, the diol-derived silane can be used to reduce the volatile organic compound releasing in producing and applying . All products are characterized by ~1HNMR, IR and elemental analysis. Easy conditions, homemade raw material, little pollution, low cost, etc are the characteristics of novel routes.
