This text mainly studies on the water treatment system of spunlace nonwovens line. Spunlace nonwovens process utilize high pressure water jet the locomotor web on the net or drum continuously through the jet strip. Fibers in the web locomote, penetrate and entwist each other under the direct impulsion of the water needle and the reflected water.These movements of fibers in the web form countless mechanical bonding. Then the web is reinforced because of these movements. Accordingly, the spunlace nonwovens process needs a lot of water. However, it is better to circulate the water to retrench water resource and the cost.Water treatment of spunlace nonwovens not only remove the contamination in water but also make sure the circulatory water as demands of spunlace nonwovens process. The fine holes on the jet strip are too small that they are easily to be blocked by impurities in water. This point puts forward a higher demand to the water treatment of spunlace nonwovens. There are fiber chippings, disposing oils of fibers, microbe and suspended solid in circulatory water. These impurities are capable to block the fine holes on the jet strip. It will influence the products quality and producing efficiency . Therefore water filtration and water circulation system is one indispensable part for the spunlace nonwovens line.Water treatment system always needs a couple of units to treat the circulatory water. Flotation technology, sandfilter, bag filter, belt filter and exact filter are optional methods. Sometimes water treatment system also needs some accessorial means such as flocculation technology and adding germicide in water to cooperate the running of filtration equipments. In practice, the effect of these treatment is not good enough to satisfy the demand of spunlace nonwovens line. And the frequency of blocking the jet strip is pretty high. This situation result in declining of entanglement force of the nonwovens products as well as increasing of web stripe.In this paper we use the water treatmens system is composed of flotation, sandfilter, bag filter and exact filter. Take out the band filter. There are two processes: one is integrative flotation-sandfilter water treatment process, exact filter is not included; the other one is separate flotation-sandfilter water treatment process. We discover that the two process are fit for producing different products by our research: the separate flotation-sandfilter water treatment process is fit for producing products with viscose fibers and the integrative flotation-sandfilter water treatment process is fit for producing unmixed polyester fibers products. The separate flotation-sandfilter water treatment process is better than the integrative flotation-sandfilter water treatment process holistically, for example, its effluent quantity per day is less 200 tons than the latter's. The turbidity of water when producing products with viscose fibers is less than the latter's. And the maintenance and service are also convenient and prompt.Turbidity is utilized to compare the treatment effect between the two process. The materials and the microbe are important factors of influencing the circulatory water.
