The initial unbalance of middle/mini-sized motor rotors generating during manufacture and assembles reduce the quality of motors, so the initial unbalance of motor rotors must be corrected before use. With the continuous expanding trend of domestic middle/mini-sized motor products to every field, the efficiency of unbalance correction becomes the key problem, which decides the batch manufacture of middle/mini-sized motor rotors on large scale.Based on the investigation and evaluation of the current manufacturing status of domestic enterprise, of the related product characters, this thesis invents the two-station semi-automatic unbalance correction system solution, develops a hard bearing, rigid rotor dynamic balancing and correction machine for miniature electromotor rotor to meet the needs of majority of labor-extensive domestic enterprises.Some key problems about auto boring correction system are discussed in the paper. The main contents are included as following:Briefly introduces the principle and sense of dynamic balancing correction theory and the developing conditions of dynamic balancing correction machine at home and abroad. According to the auto de-weight machine, the de-weight strategy, the tool choosing method and the correction model are raised.Some details about de-weight system design are introduced including design idea, time corresponding, overall arrangement, cutter orientation controlling and a closed loop system to increase the correction precision.After deep research on the error theory, including errors of phase, radius, amplitude and the position, the errors in real system are analyzed. Furthermore, we modify the correction mass model, theoretically eliminating position error and improving the speed controlling method of servo motor in order to increase the de-weight precision.
