The property of flue gas and fly ash entering the dust catcher was changed very much after desulfurization by flue gas circulating fluidized bed (CFB-FGD). In order to reach the effluent standard, the dust catcher must be a high-efficiency one. Along with the strict of dust emission standard rise from 200 mg/Nm3 to 50 mg/Nm3 by the country. Which type of dust removal was adopt after dry flue gas desulphurization was the key of whether the project accord with the laws and operation reliably and economy. The flue gas after dry method desulphurization has certain particularity. Experimental study, technical and economic analysis was conducted in combination with the specificity of flue gas after dry flue gas desulfurization. The study results shown that High-efficiency electrostatic precipitator or fabric filter adopting both can satisfied the emission standard. Fabric filer was more superior than electrostatic precipitator at economic aspect when considering the Chinese instances.
