Coal mine is still a main industry in China, in recent years the status of safety in the field of coal mine is increasingly austerity. Mine accident occurs repeatedly, for this, the governments departments concerned have attach a highly attention, massive manpower and materials resources have been put into developing multi-types computer monitoring system. In certain degree, the happening rate of coal mine accident has been reduced greatly. But still there are some defects and deficiency. This article has made a further research focus on the problems in the present monitoring system; the research of coal mine predicting mechanism is much fewer in our country and abroad. According to current state, a system of Coal Mine Intelligent Safety Monitoring based on fuzzy pattern recognition expert module has been designed.We mainly discussed the problems of gas prediction and real-time monitoring as following: 1. Using the skills of Program mixing C# and MATLAB, establish a Fuzzy Inference System on MATLAB software platform, and make fuzzy inference to the special environment. 2. Using the ANFIS module of MATLAB to train the FIS structure, to get further structure optimizing 3. We can also build dynamic system model on Simulink Platform through VRML method to reappear the situation of the coal mine so as to process the real-time monitoring and realize the gas explosion's early warning and get the expert experience to analyze the reason of accident on line. 4. The data acquisition terminal take the chip integrated circuit as a core, cooperating highly effective digital sensor, carries on the communication with the main control machine, has realized the intelligent monitoring.Data management system use a new generation advanced programming language C# and SQL Server database technique, based on the Client/Server mode. In running structure, this system consists of six modules:(1) The real-time data acquisition display module; implemented the acquisition and display of real-time data of the entire mining area;(2) The history data inquiry and the maintenance module: can be used to manage and maintain all the collected data, in order to necessary statistics;(3) The display report and statistical history data graph module: statistics and display the history data in the form of report and graph;(4) The coal mine information management module: manage the documents and files, also operating information of all employees in coal mine;(5) The warning and ceasing engine module: can give the alarm timely when the data changed abnormally, disconnect the power source automatically to ensure the safety of equipment when the data surpass the predetermined value;(6) The fuzzy pattern recognition expert system module: can complete the real-time forecast, mechanical device breakdown diagnosis, accident decision-making;...
