As a new environment-purifying technique, the photocatalysis degradation technology is paid more attention while environment pollution is being more and more serious. In this text, TiO2/beads and TiO2/EP were prepared by dipping-sol-gel method using hollow beads and expanded perlites as carriers. And the condition that floating oil was photocatalysis degraded by them was studied. The microcosmic form and crystal configuration of TiO2/beads were researched by scanning electric mirror and X-ray diffraction apparatus. Meanwhile , different photocatalysts which were prepared under varies conditions, were used to degrade vegetable oil, and the result shows that the best roast time of TiO2/beads and TiO2/EP respectively were 450℃-550℃and 400℃-500℃; and best temperature were severally 1.5h-2h, 3h. We used TiO2/eads and TiO2/EP as photocatalysis to degrade floating vegetable oil and decane, and the test shows that the two photocatalysis using hollow beads and expanded perlites as carriers could float on water surface for long time, and the remover rates of vegetable oil and decane could high reach 90% under optimal reaction condition.TiO2/beads were modified by CoPcS using dipping method. Of course, CoPcS/TiO2/beads was prepared, and the best dipping time was 30min. The photocatalysis activity of CoPcS/TiO2/beads was discussed also taking vegetable oil and decane as imitation contaminants, and the results told us that the photocatalysis activity of TiO2/beads were highly improved after being modified, and it can adapt to wider experiment conditions.
