In this study, developed a new water quality online Bio-safety warning and monitoring system by using the single changed induced by the aquatic organisms to evade the pollution. Online Biomonitoring Technology can track the behavioral change and the death of the aquatics for monitoring the water. Bio-monitoring technology can identify what toxic substances into the wate and lead to what ecological and health effects to the water environment. evaluate the water quality real-time, on-line, insitu.So it can realize the sudden change's early warning and control the water quality, reduce the hazards to the community.Use the water quality online Bio-safety warning and monitoring system to monitor the behavirial changes of Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes)exposed in various pesticides (include organic phosphorus pesticide,organochloride pesticide, pyrethroid, herbicides), found that the behavioral strength has obvious relevance with the concentration of the pesticide and the exposed time. Once the water polluted, the change of the aquatic animal's behavior in the pipes leading to the low voltage electric field changed, the electrode sensors receivrd the changes, Through the A / D converter in the water bio–safety early warning system, convert signals into digital signals, sort the electric signals by the Fourier transformation according to different frequencies, based on the original monitoring data we obtain the frequency curve from 0Hz to a 5Hz and show the visual signals.the Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes)have different behavior in different polluted environment,though the water quality online Bio-safety warning and monitoring system, we can monitor the change of the behavior and warning the pollution.The results show that :There is obviously relationship between the time exposed until dramatic changes of the behavior strength and the relative concentration of the pesticides based on LC50-48.(1) the behavior strength and the concentration of the pesticide exposed is showed inverted "U"-type relationship, within 48 hours of the average behavior strength gradually increased with the concentration of the pestcide, until reach a certain degree, with the increase of the concentration, their behavior strength decreased gradually until death.(2) the behavior strength has correlativity with the exposed time, in addition to the high concentration ,its strength always experienced a decline after the first increase, then restore and decrease .the iterative process accord the environment stepwise stress model .(3) There is power relationship between the time exposed until dramatic changes of the behavior strength and the relative concentration of organophosphorus pesticides based on LC50-48, the behavior strength changes about one hour when the concentration is 10×LC50-48, within 48 hours can detecte the trace concentration at 0.1×LC50-48.Conclude that this on-line monitoring system can real time monitor the fish behavior changes , achieve monitor and early warn the sudden pollution accidents , and can infer the time when the pollution outbreaks and the relative effects concentrations of the pollution.
