The particle problem involves every trade of the national economy, and the particles' size and distribution widely affect the industry production, environmental protection and the human body health. (For example, each kind of fuel atomization installment sprays bubble size and its distribution test; Cause of disease cell size and its distribution examination; In the environmental protection industry removes dust the efficiency to evaluate and so on.) So the techniques of particle size analysis have gotten researchers' attention greatly and increasingly. Stemming from its ability to make quick, automatic, facile, no destructiveness and precise measurements as well as its adaptability to the on-line measurement and measuring extremely wide dynamic size range of particles presented in various forms, the light scattering technique is thought much of among the various methods of particle size analysis. The measurement method by light scattering is widely used and prospective. (The strict theory of light scattering is the classical Mie light scattering theory. Its suitable object is equality sphere particle in the isotopic dielectric which is in the monochromatic parallel light. Through the numerical calculation of particle scattering spectrum and the inversion equation, may obtain the particle size the distributed situation) .But the scatting characteristics of the moving particles in real case is researched for its measuring precision. It is found that the velocity, following and delaying of the particle will affect the Mie scatting spectrumo of its, so the measuring errors will be produced. That is the key cause affecting the precision of the machine. The particle appearance and the movement especially have the very tremendous influence in these factors to its scattering. Because of regarding the free physique three dimensional particle, says from its scattering effect, visible for by EPO surface (namely and so on 2D scattering cross-section) produces scattering. But the different physique particle corresponding the different EPO surface, can obtain the different scattering result. Especially regarding non- sphere particle, its spatial orientation change, also namely changed its incident light to scatter the particle the incidence angle, but this kind of change to scattered the result to be able to have the direct influence. But the existing discusses of particle physique distribution mostly focus on the sphere and the spheroidicity, but in industry technology and biological medical arena, the non-sphere particle is extremely common, slender cylindrical particle is a kind extremely has the representative non- sphere particle, for example the textile fiber granule perhaps the tubular-shaped cell and so on are this kind of particle. In the foundation of discussion to particle granularity survey light diffusion efflux theory application and existing questions, in view of the question of influence exerted by movement randomness of real physique particle in light scattering area in particle granularity measurement result, in the article characteristic model of the barrel particle has established in the flow field, based on kinetic theory of flow field, application value computation technology, systemly studied particle orientation characteristic under the different incidence angle and the different characteristic flow field, obtained the relations between the orientation time and the particle physique characteristic as well as the flow field, provided the powerful strut for the particle granularity precision measuring technology enhancement.This article altogether is divided five chapters: First chapter is the introduction: introduced the vital significance, the essential method and the present situation of particle granularity survey, in particular the measuring technique and technical present situation of light diffusion efflux; Second chapter introduced the elementary theory of light diffusion efflux, the question of the light scattering theory application and the survey technology as well as this article work which exists in; Third chapter introduced the elementary theory of slender-body which takes the cylinder particle picture; Fourth chapter appling the slender-body theory to the actual cylindrical granule, draw the conclusion.
