| The item is studied on the five-element-system ,which is mainly consisted by K2O,CaO, Al2O3,B2O3 and SiO2, through adding a few kinds of flux oxides, study them flux domino effect and their capability,find out them some change rules and forming-glaze'mechanism of R2O-RO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system, offer a way of study on bone-china ,which doesn't contain lead-element.By means of orthodoxy-test and parallel-test, through the study of fusibility, mucosity, surface tension, transparency and reflection degree, analyse the character, function, change rules and relation one each another, test the capability of glaze by means of apparatus, analyze the forming-glaze with vitreous mechanism. The orthodoxy-test indicates the system, when SiO2 is 2.8, Al2O3 is 0.4, B2O3 is 0.55, Li2O is 0.05, SrO is 0.10, K2O is 0.20, CaO is 0.25, add some flux oxides and may gain the glaze, which'high-temperature fluidity is well,the fusibility-range is big, the viscidity surface-tension is well situated, the transparence is good, the surface is lubricous. At parallel-tests, it indicates proper F- may markedly heighten the fluidity and transparence; when the content of MgO is little, it reduces heat-bulge coefficient well, if the content is much, it creates much crystals, makes the glaze-surface'reflection and transparence fall, indeed comes into being transparentless; ZnO has strong fusibility, flux domino offect is big, but when the content is big, it becomes crystalloid and reduces the shine of glaze-surface, when it contains from four percent to six percent, it may heighten white-degree; SrO is a kind of active flux oxide , it may accelerate fusibility of the flux , remarkably fall melting-temperature, reduces high- temperature viscidity and surface tension ,but the content is high ,the ceramic glaze-temperature is relevant heighten. In the R2O-RO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system, B2O3,CaO and ZnO have more influence on luster than other oxides ,the luster is fall as the B2O3 content is becoming big.The fusion viscidity and surface tension lie on the composition of the system, the inverse proportion of flux oxides and counteract-alkali domino offect; the transparency lies on liquid- photograph, heighten melting-point and heighten the transparency in favor of the form of transparent glaze. |
