The precise straightening press is the equipments which is used to align the stalk parts precisely and has a very high precision.The hy draulic-servo system of the precise straightening press is the executive body and is the key unit to ensure the processing precision of the workpiece.But, it is a typical and not nonlinear changing system of the electro-hydraulic position servo system, which has some parameters changing with work condition's variety although they have already known,and which is usually influenced by the random disturbances and variational load. At this time,it is hard to obtain good control effect with the control methods of normal regulations.A generalized minimum variance self-tuning controller is applicable to the random system of outside interference whose process model has already know, but the parameters' changing is slow-moving. This kind of controller has the characteristics which are simple arithmetic , easily carrying out,the strong stability and so no, so it has practical value.According to the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo system,this dissertation applies the generalized minimum variance self-tuning controller to electro-hydraulic position servo system of the precise straightening press .The main contents are as following:1.According to the basic theory of hydraulic-servo system, it made a simplification towards transfer function of four-connection valve-controlled hydraulic cylinde basing on the differences of the load characters and put forward a method by which the continuous transfer function was discrete with the zeor-order holder.2.It deduced the theory of generalized minimum variance self-tuning controller,discussed its merit,shortcoming and stability,and constituted the generalized minimum variance's poke placement self-tuning controller by introducing poke placement theory; and adopted a concealed type arithmetic for the sake of the easy to calculator,and constructed an assistance system which is equal to the original one.3.Carried on introduction to the work principle of the electro-hydraulic position system of the precise straightening press,analyzed the work condition of machine,and set up a mold and imitate to the system really according to the theory of the generalized minimum variance's poke placement self-tuning controller.The research contents in the dissertation provide the theory support in designing the control strategy of system of the precise straightening press.
