With the development of automotive industry, traditional panel dies design method can not accommodate to the requirement of product development, die usually need trying and amending for many times from prototype to qualified product. Therefore,how to assure the quality of product and shorten the cycle of design ,process and trial always is the important issue of die trade.In the abroad automobile companies invest a lot to the field of CAE and come forth many business software situation, thesis as the sub-item of NSF(The Independent Research of High-speed Simulation and Optimal Process Design Aiming At the Formability of Automobile Panel .No.50575080) developed a FASTAMP-POST system based on inverse approach FEM and incremental method.In this system, a new mapping algorithm based on FEM is purposed, and it is simpler, faster and easier to realize comparing with other mapping algorithms .It can be applied in wide field such as texture mapping and so on. Combined the method with experimental grid, this algorithm can be used to reflect strains in the sheet metal forming simulation.In order to simulate the deformation of grid, multiform circle grids are developed. FLD can display the fracture, wrinkle defects, and contour plot can display physical value distribution of parts. However, they all couldn't display the deformation of sheet metal in two-dimension. It's convenient for user to observe and improve simulation process.In this program, advanced researching the point in-out polygon test algorithm, a new algorithm based on correlative edge, monotony and mapping edge notion is purposed. This algorithm calculates faster more than 3 times than ray method does. In addition, the algorithm has comprehensive potential application in computer graphics, computational geometry and so on.To fast and precisely select nodes and elements, some transformation functions which are implemented substitute the OpenGL's API functions, then facilitate dynamic interactive query.A great number of examples testing validated the robustness and accuracy of the system. Large testing proved that the system possesses high reliability and stability, which can meet fully the requirement of users.
