| As a traditional important industry in China, textile industry had been booming from 1990s', meanwhile the quantity of water and wastewater increased rapidly. The reuse of water discharged is one way to reduce the pollution and ease the difficulty of water supply. So it is significant to research the technology of wastewater reuse.This thesis is emphasized on the advanced treatment process. The main research work is done as folows:(1) Investigate the process using biological treatment units, with the effluent meeting the discharged standard.(2) Research the feasibility of advanced treatment technology for wastewater reuse.(3) Research the parameters of advanced treatment technology and their influence.The results show:(1) With the process of Hydrolization+Aerobic unit+Coagulation+Floating, excellent quality of effluent can be achieved. The removal of SS, BOD, CODCr and chroma is 63.6%, 93.4%, 92.3% and 92.9% respectively. And the investment and operation cost are not high.(2) A good effluent can be achieved with the advanced treatment process of Coagulation+Sedimentation(Floating)+Sand fiter+ClO2+Activated Carbon. And the treated water can be used in the forepart of dyeing. 83% removal of chroma and 78.7% removal of CODCr can be achieved, and the remaining Chlorin is less than 0.05mg/L. |
