The study object of this thesis is the profiled beam variable curvature roll banding, by using FEM, analyzes the shape parts variable curvature roll banding.First,the diffent characteristic of roll banding machines are compared, the author point out that CNC roller adapt to variable curvature roll banding.On the base of CNC four axis shape roller, the relationship of shape roller's control coordinate and shape part's curvature radius, roller radius and material thickness is leaded to.The principle and springback are analyzed according to the Elastic-Plastic Principle,the expression of springback radius is built,the factors influence springback are studied. Tooling of rolling parts is studied and structure of rolling wheels is designed, the reasonable process parameter is established.On the base of considerer springback,the CNC program aimed at CNC four axis shape roller is writed with the object of the z section bar variable curvature roll banding,and the process error is analyzed. The practice prove that the method of CNC roller advances precision and efficiency of parts.The Elastic-Plastic finite element models of roll banding are built, remainder stress of variable curvature roll banding is analyzed,and the rules of remainder stress distribution along board height are studied. The rules of the roll banding radius effect on section stress are analyzed. The variety of section angle is analyzed. The rules of the roll banding radius,the thickness and the plastic modulus effect on springback are studied.The research results are helpful in advancing precision of roll banding parts.
