| The theme aims to study on complex part machining technics system and application on the base of advanced manufacturing technology. It tries to find a solution to reaserch and design the complex part by numerical control technology and finish successfully,which has earned both profit and reputation.The theme first analyzes the concept of advanced manufacturing and.take out necessarity and aplicalbility of applying advanced manufacturing in YongFa corporation. Then by studying CG125 left crankcase of motorbicycle technics and equipment. The technology nodus adopt reverse boring cutter technics. At last supply right equipment and designed tooling system and designed manufacturing program,manufactured the products which satisfied the requirement on the basis of advanced manufacturing technology.The author is the project leader,involving the whole process of the development and production of CG 125 left crankcase of motorbicycle. This project provides machine manufacturers applicable design methods,which not only increase products's comprehensive performances,but also bring the new model of creating and keep the optimal price-performance-ratio.it also expedite the exploitation development and quality improvement of new products,and achieve YongFa competition policy of from large to strong. |
