There are 22 units of low permeable reservoirs in Zhuangxi oil production plant, including Zhuang52, 45, 120 and so on. The oiliness area is 123.4 km~2, producing reserves is 8029×10~4t, and recoverable reserves is 1572×10~4t. Oil production accounts for more than 45% in Zhuangxi oil production plant. Along with the water injection period, heterogeneity of the reservoirs increases. Producing percent of the reservoirs is heterogeneous, which seriously affects improvement of recover factor. At the same time, because two or three times of profile control method has been used in most of the water injection wells, even five to seven times in some wells, general low and deep profile control methods play less and less important role. Increase of oil production is less, period of validity becomes shorter, and benefit becomes less year-by-year. So it developed "research and application of surfactant flooding system in Zhuangxi oil production plant". Through high-temperature deep-flooding of the study were selected from the main activity of Sol-temperature component of flooding. Through cheap surfactant system, formed the soap feet and modified humic acid-based EOR, and the construction process and parameters were optimized and design. The agent has been used in 3 wells in Zhuang52 block, and good effect has been gained. Cumulating oil increase comes to 6872 t.
