| This paper studies the logic classification method of the force-ampilier based on the analysis of 11 kinds of the normal force-ampilier. Introduce creative designs of force amplifier in design of all sorts of fixtures.The calculating formulae that can be guiding engineering design are given.The paper focuses on the rotatry fixtures .And accordingly two kinds of rotatry surface fixtures have been designed which adopt force amplifier,and centrifugal force is the origin of clamping power; Two kinds of centrifugal elastic covers are developed for the parts with big hole diameters. Centrifugal fixtures with internal holes based on perpendicular force mechanism include oblique wedge and floating perch frameworks with increasing force. Output block and increasing force block are employed in the structure which are perpendicular each other. Because oblique wedge and floating perch frameworks with increasing force are used to transmit power, the fixture can output much greater force and torque in practice compared with other fixtures with internal holes that have the same weight without increasing force mechanism; For the shaft parts, three kinds of fixtures have been designed which can drive core clamper for the changeable end face.Definition and classification method of orthogonal force amplifier were given in unrotatry fixtures based on its working principle. Working principle of systems, which consist of fixed rodless hydraulic cylinder and single-acting-path one-way or double-acting-path one-way orthogonal force amplifier, was introduced. Their inechanics calculation formulas were shown. Innovated mechanism with compactness feature and created combination with less friction loss advantage were illustrated.Innovated fixtures in this paper has compactness feature of great force increasing ratio,less friction loss and so on.This kind of has stable and reliable capability with wide application, and it can made high efficiency, thus taking on prospective future.
