This paper studied the rock layer and destruction rule of the surface, as well as possibly created water power relation, when mined the coal under the water body.Fully used massive domestic and foreign materials, analyzed all kinds of factors which under the water body mined.Uses the regression analysis the method, rests on the massive practice material, and obtained experiential formulas which had certain reference value. Each factor is quantified using the subjection function of fuzzy synthesis methods.So, quantified values are obtained. Finally,an evaluation of roof water inrush grade is performed according to principle of fuzzy conversion and maximum subjection degree.According to the geological , the mining and the hydrology conditions and so on of Daping mine in the Tiefa mining area, has carried on the comparison to each feasible mining method, and analyzed specially the possibility and the particularity to use fully mechanized caving mining technology under the water body,finally obtained the mining method and the effective protective measure which suited this picks area.
