It is not only the long pursuing goal but also the development trends of modern manufacture technology to reduce the weight and save the use of material in airplane, spaceflight and automobile fields. Internal High-pressure Forming, a molding machining technics which molds by the use of hydraulic pressure is developed based on this background. And also in the above fields, the speediness of modeling and the validating of the effectiveness are of great importance.By the analysis of design requirement and the technical parameters of the IHF equipment, on the one hand, the electro-hydraulic proportional control system precept is brought forward which is with the core of electro-hydraulic proportional shift valve; the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic proportion control system of the two side stretch forming of is built; master-slave combined control strategy and PID control method are used to design the control system; the PID control parameters are confirmed quickly by the SIT emulate modeling and the theoretical performance curve is achieved. On the other hand, the analyse and design of software for the IHF equipment which is programmed on LabVIEW8.2 development platform are conducted to realize the forming process control, the setting, display and saving of the forming control and performance curve and the setting of control parameters and so on.To validate the effectiveness of the control software, the loaded experiment of the displacement control and thrust control have been done on the IHF equipment. The experiment has indicated that the user interface is of convenience and the display and saving of the forming curve is rational; the experiment result has also indicated that the displacement and the thrust system work properly, the displace, thrust and internal pressure control factors coordinated well and the equipment meets the need of the design requirement.
