In this thesis, the basic theories of NLO and molecular design theory are briefly introduced, the research progress of NLO materials are also reviewed. Research significance and recent progress of organic inorganic hybrid NLO materials are summarized in detail, based on which, the prospect is looked forward.A kind of SiO2 film has been synthesized using TEOS as precursor by Sol-gel method. By changing experimental conditions, the influences of solvent, catalyst & DCCA on film has been systematically studied.DR19, a kind of azobenzene type chromophores which exhibited high transparency in the blue range are synthesized and further react with ICTES to get alkoxysilane dyes via a urethane reaction. Followed by a sol-gel process of the ASD, the organic-inorganic hybrid NLO films are successfully prepared. Molecular structures of the resultants are confirmed by FTIR and 1H-NMR. TheβCT·μg values of the chromophore are evaluated by solvatochromic method. The influences of PH values on the film's micro structure were studied by BET and UV-Vis spectrum. It comes out that the PH values would change the NLO effect of the materials.A series of anthraquinone chromophores & its ASD with different substituted positions were synthesized. The mechanisms of the substitution reaction and urethane reaction were discussed. Molecular structures of the resultants are confirmed by FTIR and 1H-NMR. |
