The corrosion inhibitor for chemical cleaning was developed by the orthogonal experiment method. the optimum formulation is as follows:Urotropine 1 %1,4butynediol 0.8 %sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate acid 0.06 %Imidazole 0.04%The optimum concentration is 10%,corrosion inhibitor has good corrosion effect for carbon steel in hydrochloric acid below 60℃.By weight-loss experiment , the different metallic erode speed in different acid and the solution of the presence of four matter matched in different proportion were studied. a kind of multifunctional corrosion inhibitor was obtained consist of two matter as its main group for chemical cleaning ,the price of the corrosion inhibitor is low and low poison and its performance is perfect. it is a new kind of corrosion inhibitor which has good development future. In broaden temperature range and the different acid , it is good for the delaying corrosion of metal used in the lives and in industry.By chemical weight-loss experiment, the restrain efficiency of corrosion inhibitor was researched. it was showed that the temperature is within 60℃, the canker velocity of Carbon steel, Aluminum, Copper is all less than the standard which is set by the chemical industey of china. When the temperature is above 60℃, the speed of canter become expedite. in the experiment, the stability of corrosion inhibitor is good. the method of AC impedance was used to evaluate corrosion inhibitor, the result is that the restrain efficiency of corrosion inhibitor is good. by the test of polarization curve of alteration pressure. the corrosion inhibitor is a mixed corrosion inhibitor. and also the cooperation of the elements of the corrosion inhibitor has be researched . |
