The emission standard of particles in power plants is increasingly strict, so the concentration of fly ash escaped from ESP could not meet the demand of emission standard. The fine fly ash can not be disposed effectively, it is one of the main factors that influenced the efficiency improvement of ESP.In this paper, basing on the characteristic of fly ash escaped from ESP, the impactive adhesion set is put forward to concentrate it. The mechanism of adhesion, the 2-dimonsion flow field of the impactor have been analyzed and some experiments have been done to test the efficiency. These show that the set as an assistant implement is a feasible way to improve the efficiency.
