With the developing of the society, the lack of water is becoming more and more serious. Because the pollution of water is serious, we need the most effective method to solve this problem. The plasma technology is a new technology to the waste water treatment, it has three effects: high-octane, ozone oxidation, ultraviolet radiation decomposability. Because of the predominance of the plasma technology, this method is becoming the hotspot in the world recently. The principium of the plasma technology is that the plasma which is produced by electric field reacts with the contamination in the water.The plasma technology has two equipments: the high voltage power supply and the reactor. The power supply is used for the production of the plasma, and the reactor is use of the effluent disposal. The reactor adopts the line board configuration, and this paper analyses the model of the reactor. The power supply of the water waste is the pulse power supply. The pulse power supply is composed of high voltage direct current power supply and the circuit of pulse. The first part is multiple voltage circuit. The second part is using thyristor to replace spark gap.The power supply is the most important equipment in the waste water treatment, so the control system of the power supply is very important. This paper is mainly study on the control system of the power supply. The system is designed on the TMS320LF2407. The function of the control system is collecting the data of current and voltage; adjust the output; use the LCD to display the voltage. The design of the control system's hardware concludes the followings: CPU control system, the collecting ciruit of viltage, the module of key and LCD, communication interfaces and so on. The design of the control system's software concludes the followings: the main programme, the cell of the signal collection and so on.At the end of this paper, analyse the result of emulational circuit and the outcome of the experimentation. The analysis explains that the discharge plasma of the waste water treatment has plumy market.
