Today, Chinese Medicine has been being approved by the world gradually. But, Many domestic factories produce medicine completely depending on manual observation and manipulation, or only the single technologic process has realized automation. Therefore, the efficiency is low and the quality can not be controlled, which limit the promotion of the product seriously. As a project of State Development Commission, the comprehensive intelligent control system has realized the entire process's automated operation.This dissertation is focused on the comprehensive intelligent control system, covering the analysis of technologic process of medicine procedure, the determination of the structure of the system, the design and realization of gathering, output, control strategy, software and communication.At first, the paper introduce the technologic process and various sections'operation flow of medicine procedure, according to the requirement, the structure is determined, which reflects the configuration of DCS(Distributed Control System), and the controller and the environment of software are selected. In the gathering and output aspect, the selection of hardware and the realization of software are introduced; in the control plan aspect, in view of the fact that the medicine procedure is multi-sections, nonlinear and long-time delay, considering the feature of every section, the Fuzzy Adaptive PID, Multi-Model Predictive and DMC-PID Control strategies are applied in the system, Simulation and field operation has both achieved satisfactory control effect; in the software aspect , how to realize the function module is presented in detail, and the process of communication is discussed, the Ethernet based on TCP/IP protocols is founded, which guarantee the real-timing and reliability of the system.The practical results show that the system has high reliability, the control effect is good, and the product quality uniformity is controlled effectively, the working efficiency has been raised.
