β-CP (Beta-Cypermethrin)is a high activity of pesticide,which is using in agriculture,domestic and veterinary applications because of its high efficiency and low toxicity.It mainly playsa role on central neurous systerm and blood systerm.The researches of female reproductive systerm are less particularly.Usingβ-CP as investigational reagent and adult female mouse (about 30g)as amodel,we investigated exactly effects ofβ-CP on female reproductive function and studied thefactors ofβ-CP of regulation.Mice were fed with different dose ofβ-CP by oral method.First of all,definiting the median lethal dose(LD50)at 60.63mg/kgwt.d through acute and toxic experiment.And mices were grouped at random as follows:blank Group (Omg/kgwt.dβ-CP),10ppm Group(10mg/kgwt.dβ-CP),20ppm Group (20mg/kgwt.dβ-CP),40ppm Group (40mg/kgwt.dβ-CP),VE Group (20mg/kgwt.d VE)and 20ppm +20ppmVE Group (20mg/kgwt.dβ-CP and 20mg/kgwt.d VE),and all animals were administrated by 10 days.Initially,animals decreased the loss of appetite,staring and spiritless even die,that was more serious by the dose ofβ-CP concentration increased.Weighted the ovaries,β-CP at the middle level of 20ppm Group reduced significantly (P<0.05)by contrast with blank Group.Further paraffin slicing and HE dyeing,the slice of tissue was foundvacules and eosinophls cytoplasm.In order to investigation of these changes,the concentration ofStAR protein and the transcription dose of casp-3\-8 mRNA were detected.As the result,theconcentration of StAR protein reduced with the increasing dose ofβ-CP,and the level dose ofcasp-3\-8 mRNA is increased,which the 20ppm dose ofβ-CP can restrained it.Though steroid directly affects the oocytes of the growth and development,INH also is animportant index of the rate of ovulation.So the level of INHα\βA\B mRNA detected,the resultshowed that the level higher point of INHα\βA\βB mRNA at the level of 20ppm and 40ppmβ-CPthan at the low level and I0ppm-ofβ-CP.20ppm VE can restrain the higher level of INHβA\BmRNA and increase the higher level of INHαmRNA by constrast with 20ppmβ-CP.
