In this thesis, it has been formed Anodic Aluminum Oxide templates with high order and hexagonally packed pore structure using two-step anodic oxidation process. What's more, using Anodic Aluminum Oxide membrane as templates, through direct-current (DC) electrochemical deposition Ni nanowires has been formed inside of hollow of Anodic Aluminum Oxide templates. Besides, Ni nanotubes have been formed inside of Anodic Aluminum Oxide templates by immerse the acidic solution, and also study them.1. First, by controlling the anodic voltage, electrolyte temperature and acid concentration, Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) membrane with high order and hexagonally packed pore structure has been formed on the surface of high purity aluminum sheet through two-step anodic oxidation process. At the same time, it was discussed the reason of regularity of one-step anodic oxidation and two-step anodic oxidation, and also improve it.2. Using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates, it is one electrode when making some Au on one side of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates, and c is another electrode. Well aligned Ni nanowires arrays were prepared by direct-current (DC) electrochemical deposition method, using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) studies the form of Ni nanowires. X-ray diffraction study the pure phase of Ni polycrystalline structure. Magnetic properties of the Ni nanowires arrays were determined on a Physical Properties Measurement System (PPMS). Compared with the bulk sample, Ni nanowires show the difference of characteristics. It is also discuss the magnetic of Ni nanowires at high temperature. 3. Ni nanotubes have been formed inside of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) studies the form of nanotubes with and without the support of anodic aluminum oxide templates.
