Erosion is familiar phenomenon of material loss in industrial manufacturing. Statistical data indicate that, the economic loss caused by erosion achieved 4% of its GDP in America every year and the amount of that is over 100 billion in China. Erosion causes a large economic loss and have an impact on the continuity of industrial manufacturing.Based on the comparison of attrition control technique in common used at present, attrition control experimentation was carried out for the pneumatic conveying pipelines, including:(1) By means of sand blast experimentation, the attrition mechanism of pneumatic conveying pipeline was analyzed and two attrition control project-- gluing wearable lining and daubing modified wear-resistant paint were designed;(2) By using 650# polyamide and E-44 epoxy, adhesive for the lining project was synthesized, the sort and dosage of solidified agent, dilution agent, coupling agent and filling were researched, otherwise the construction technology was studied.(3) The solid erosion resistant performance of lining and modified wear-resistant paint were researched by sand blast experimentation, it turned out that, modified wear-resistant paint takes a better performance under the circumstance of sand blast solid erosion than 92A1 ceramic; Simulated the circumstance of pneumatic conveying solid erosion, researched the solid erosion resistant performance of lining and modified wear-resistant paint, the result indicated that modified wear-resistant paint takes a better performance under the circumstance of pneumatic conveying solid erosion than Q235A steel;(4) Attrition control field tests for pneumatic conveying pipelines was carried out, and the result indicated that the lining project take a good performance and the life expectancy can be reached;(5) 656 kg modified wear-resistant paint were provided for the reconstruction project of pneumatic conveying pipelines of company A, and the result turned out to be very good.
