The polyfunctional aziridine cross-linker were synthesized in which process the raw materials were trimethylolpropane(TMP),acrylic acid(AA)and ethanolamine (EA)and so on.The optimum conditions(for example Reaction temperature,time,Material proportion,consistency et al)were finally ascertained through researching the important factors of the influences on the reaction.At the same time, the crosslinking characterization of aziridine cross-linker such as the degree of crosslinking,swelling ratio,mechanical properties,water cooking,yellow stain in high temperature and so on were discussed respectively with acrylic ester resin and polyurethane as model compound.By investigateing three(1-aziridine) trimethylolpropane triacrylate/acrylic ester resin and polyurethane,ti was indicated that when the cross-linker dosage was increased from 1%to 3%,the degree of crosslinking,water resistance,alkali resistance,solvent resistance,yellowing resistance and mechanical properties of the glue film were enhanced very much.In addition,we also compared the crosslinking capabilities of the two system.The experiment indicated that the polyurethane system was better than the acrylic ester resin system in the aspect of water resistance,alkali resistance and tensile performance,and it was worse in the aspect of solvent resistance and acid resistance,and they were similar in the respect of salt resistance,water cooking and yellow stain in high temperature,the rigidity of the polyurethane system failed but the rigidity of acrylic ester resin went up with the content increasing of cross-linker.
