| In this paper, the author studied the preparation of the heat sensitive rose red TF-R1 / bisphenol A system (a kind of organic reversible thermochromatic material) and its microencapsulation .In the organic reversible thermochromatic material system, the heat sensitive rose red TF-R1, hexadecanol alcohol and bisphenol A were used as leuco dye, solvent ingrain agent, respectively. The optimunm ratio of them was determined. When the organic reversible thermochromatic material changed color, the change of the structure was studied by infra-red spectrum and ultraviolet ray analysis. The temperature of the color change was measured by DSC.The microcapsules were prepared by the method of in situ polymerization with urea-formaldehyde resin as the outer membrane and organic reversible thermochromatic material as core material, their conditions were probed. It was discussed the some important factors influenced the encapsulation of the core. The structure and properties of the microcapsule were measured by SEM, DSC, TG and laser diameter measuring machine. At the same time, the author studied the microcapsule's heat stability, chemistry stability, resistances to solvents and mechanical stability. And the change color region, responding velocity, changing color circulatory times were also tested. As a result, we received a content result.The research result proved that the core microcapsulation could improve the heat stability, chemistry stability, resistances to solvents and mechanical stability with the organic reversible thermochromatic material system as a core, overcome its reliant to the environment, and achieve the research's order and appeal. As a result, the new organic reversible thermochromatic material encapsulated has excellent performances and prospected applications. |
