Study The Process And Properties Of The Milk Protein Blending Yarn

The milk protein fiber is a new kind of regenerated protein fiber, which main component is protein. The milk protein fiber has the good performances of the natural fiber and the chemical fiber, on one side, it has the high intensity, little shrinkage, anti-bacteria, mothproofing as the chemical fiber, on the other side, it's moisture absorption, permeability, dying, color fastness are as good as the natural fiber, which has soft handle and tender luster. It is found in the study that the milk protein fiber has the good nutrition and protection for the people's skin.The fabric of milk protein is smooth and suit for knitting underwear, pajamas, fashionable dress and T-shirt. In this paper, the milk protein fiber is blending span with the cotton, bamboo, Tencel and Modal on the base of the properties of milk protein. the properties of fabric and knitted fabric is tested and analyzed as well as the relationship between the apparel properties is studied, which has some effect to advance the product value and develop the new product.The main study area: the length and density of the milk protein fiber are tested and the cross section of the fiber is observed ; the density of yarn, weave structure are designed in according to the production; the pretreatment and spinning production are made on the base of the properties of the milk protein fiber; the properties are tested and compared with other fabric to grasp all the properties of the milk protein fiber.
