The progress of calefaction is interfered with different kinds of factors. The coke oven is a typical great interia,nonlinear and quick-vary complicated system.So there are graveness problems in coking plant industry all over the world.how to optimize the control of heating course,reduce the engrgy consumption of coking, guarantee the coke is even and steady and ripe, lengthen service life of coke oven, etc, remains one of the great difficult problems of coking industry.Under the overal1 menta1ity of reducing the cost,speeding up he Production auton1ation control advancement, enhancing the core competitive power,in view of manual control pattern of coking plant,this paper elaborates that computercontro1 technology applied in the actua1 production realizes the surveillance of important influencing factors and the control of accuracy and more efficiency in coking production. Eventually, it realizes automatic control in coking production and provides more effective,accurate,safer control model for the coking plant. The conclusion and the expectation.This system, adopts siemens S7-300 as the field controller and industry configuration software WinCC as the upper computer, had realized well control to the coke's temperature.The running result indicates: it had got good total control purpose in actual application of the Optimizing Cascaded Control system total control, reduce the temperature's fluctuation, and ensure the total and logical combustion. In the same time, it reduced the worker's labor intensity and realized the temperature optimizing control of the coke combustion process.
